Delivery & Carriage Information
Unprinted Products
Orders placed before noon, for un-printed items, that are stock supported, should be delivered the next working day.
Some ranges, such as Dickies and Regatta, may not be stock supported and lead time can be 3-5 working days.
Please communicate with us should you require next day delivery to ensure that items required are in stock.
Printed Products
Free Standard Turnaround : Orders dispatched between 10 and 14 working days from date of order. This is a free service.
7 Day Fastrack : Orders dispatched within 7 working days from date of order. 10% surcharge applies.
5 Day Fastrack : Orders dispatched within 5 working days from date of order. 25% surcharge apllies.
Please select your service from your shopping basket prior to placing your order.
* Please be aware for any order (including Fastrack) made after midday won't be processed until the next day.
** Please allow an additional day in all cases for delivery to be made.
Delivery Methods
All of our deliveries are sent either via Royal Mail, or FEDEX, both of which require signatures.
Tracking information will be emailed when the items are shipped.
If your order is shipped via FEDEX you will also recieve an e-mail on the morning of your delivery advising of a 1 hour slot your parcel is expected to be with you.
Delivery Costs
The cost of delivery is variable, depending on the value of your order. This cost is clearly shown in your shopping basket prior check-out.
CARRIAGE IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £99 BEFORE VAT
Please Note that the carriage costs quoted are for deliveries to the UK MAINLAND ONLY, excluding the Scottish Highlands. A surcharge will be added for orders that are not UK mainland. You will be contacted prior to us adding any surcharge.
Non-delivery and Discrepancies
Should you feel your order is overdue, or it has arrived and you have a problem, please contact us immediately on 0845 009 6750.
It is important to note that discrepancies must be reported within seven days of receipt.
