We are pleased to offer regular customers the opportunity to trade with us using a 30 day credit account.
You are now able to upgrade your account to a 30 day credit account, meaning no more time consuming credit card payment pages.
Simply apply and once your application is approved you can use our website as you always have - except at the payment page you will have the option to pay on account, as well as by credit card.
UPGRADING YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE
Step 1 : To apply online you need to have an active account with www.hivis.net. If you are already registered move straight to Step 2, if you have not yet registered you can do so here.
Step 2 : Click Here, log-in using your user name and password, then complete, and submit, our online account application form.
Step 3 : Once completed your application will begin to be verified. This process includes using credit rating agencies and contacting external references. Once approved you will be notified in writing, usually within 48 hours of your application.
Step 4 : If your account is approved to use your account, buy from www.hivis.net as usual, but when you get to the payment page you will have the choice to pay by credit card, pay-pal or enter an order number and pay on account.

If you would prefer not to complete our account application form online, you can download a copy here. Please return it to us completed by either post or fax. Please note that such applications can take seven days to process. We will advise in writing when your application has been processed.
ABOUT YOUR APPLICATION
Your application will be assessed using external credit rating agencies. Neither these agencies, nor ourselves, will share or use the information provided for anything else but to check the credit worthiness of your organisation. Once approved your account will be subject a maximum credit limit (variable depending our your credit score), and all invoices should be paid strictly 30 days from the end of the month.
If your application is unsuccessful this does not affect your cash account; you can continue to order from us using a credit card as normal. You may wish to consider re-applying again in the future, as credit ratings can, and do, change, therefore a subsequent future application maybe approved.
